16 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES NEEDED ASAP!!

PrideStaff is a national staffing firm that specializes in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing all around the Phoenix Metro area. 

 

Our client is a national leader in residential finance, and has offices located in California, Texas, and Arizona. This position will be located out of their Chandler, Arizona facility.

They are currently in need of 16 excellent Customer Service Representatives!

The positions they need filled are:

 

DISPATCH CSR - $13.00/hr - Will be taking inbound calls from customers who have questions in regards to their home loans. Candidate will not be answering many questions but mainly transferring to the correct department or extension.

 

PDLS CUSTOMER CARE ? $11.00-$12.00/hr - Will be responsible for answering inbound calls from new customers, open up dispute cases, and answer general inquiries from customers.

 

OUTBOUND PROJECT CSR - $11.00-$12.50/hr - Will be making outbound calls to current and existing customers in regards to their current or previous home loans.  Bilingual candidates would be great!!

 

 

Requirements:

-For all of the above positions, candidates must have six months of recent call center experience, recent being in the last year.

-Knowledge of MS Windows based programs and the ability to type 25 wpm
