Appliance Quality Lead

Interested in relocating to the South Central part of the US?  Must be willing to relocate to the South Central part of the US!  Great opportunity to join a Fortune 100 company!  You will be responsible for leading team members that are helping customers over the phone troubleshoot appliance issues.  This will be an exciting opportunity to help carry out programs and strategic initiatives to increase product reliability and customer satisfaction.  This position will be located in a customer service center office. 

If you have at least 5 years of technical field appliance experience, great communication skills, the ability to work from prints and read and interpret procedures, good computer skills including MS Office,strong problem solving skills, experience in training, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, please respond!

This position is a full time permanent position, with excellent benefits and a relo package.  Salary is 50-60K depending on experience.
