Assistant Manager

NCO Group is the industry leader in providing clients with successful business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions. Our Birmingham, AL location is seeking an Assistant Manager.

Duties include:

Must be able to supervise 15-20 employees.  5 years management exp.  Healthcare experience preferred.  Address client issues and concerns.  Excellent communication skills. Staff development.


The ideal candidate will be Spanish bilingual and have a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.  Must be able to work in multi-tasked environment.  Knowledge of Medicaid, crime victims programs, and SSI a plus. Strong follow-up skills, and the ability to work independently required.
