Infinity Insurance Company, a national provider of personal automobile insurance, currently has an opening for a Claims Service Representative. This entry level position answers general customer inquiries on claim processes and procedures and/or directs calls from customers on specific claim matters to the appropriate claim employee or other company personnel as required.

Job Requirements:

Typing skills of 25WPM with less than 5% error ratio
Prior customer service experience preferred
Ability to handle difficult callers with tact and diplomacy

Must be Spanish/English Bilingual

You must be able to work from 12:00pm until 8:30pm or 10:00am until 6:30pm, Monday - Friday, with 1 Saturday/month
