Customer Care Representative

DESCRIPTIONCareers should have no strings. The Internet shouldn't either. Clearwire is revolutionizing the broadband Internet access industry by bringing wireless connectivity to the home or business - in many places where you can't get DSL or cable access.

The leading provider of portable wireless broadband services is looking for an exceptional leader to build and manage multiple retail store and kiosk locations. In addition, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and developing a winning retail sales team. This is a high transaction environment that is extremely customer focused.

Position Description:
The Customer Care Representative will drive service excellence by personally responding to Clearwire customer?s needs and by continuously looking for opportunities to improve our service and support for our customers. This person will work closely with the local sales team, Clearwire?s customer contact center and local technical personnel to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately.
2. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document the interaction through contact tracking.
3. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, equipment, coverage and system troubleshooting.
4. Assist sales team with incoming requests for new services and facilitate a warm hand off to the respective account executives.
5. Partner with technical teams to coordinate truck rolls to the customer?s premise.
6. Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
7. Assist and/or own inventory tracking, order fulfillment, sales event preparation and other duties as assigned.
8. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our customer experience.
9. Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer churn and inventory control.REQUIREMENTSMinimum Qualifications:
1. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required.
2. PC and IP troubleshooting experience a plus.
3. Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity.
4. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
5. Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
6. Ability to troubleshoot customer issues both face to face and over the phone. Willingness to visit customer?s homes as appropriate.
7. Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
8. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and occasional overtime when needed.
9. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
