Customer Service Queue Monitor

In this key role, the chosen candidate will be responsible for providing daily reporting to senior management of daily queue performance and floor activity. Emphasis will be on ensuring that all calls are answered promptly, scheduling/monitoring activity on floor and reporting any excessive call volumes to management. Other duties will include troubleshooting any computer/phone issues and preparing reports/spreadsheets for management.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- BA in Business, Mathematics or related field preferred.
- 4-5 years general office experience in a customer service related environment.
- PC proficiency and knowledge of Excel, Lotus Notes, Power Point, Access and Windows.
- Ability to type 35+ wpm and develop, generate and maintain various formatted documents.
- Ability to manage large workload.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Multitasking skills.
