Looking for a Team Oriented Customer Service Representative

 

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be an integral part of our Accram team. We will cross train you in all aspects of our Customer Service Center.

 

You?re Responsibilities:

 Schedule work order requests for service calls by answering a multi-line phone system or via Internet through the use of scheduling software Work closely with Service Manager and Field Technicians to resolve customer issuesTrack, follow up and close open work order requests dailyFollow client specific policies and procedures

 

You possess: Strong verbal and listening communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette.

Maintain courteous, professional demeanor and convey confidence in customer issue resolution.

You have the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision with a desire to help make our Customer Service team run smoothly.

Hardware/Software and Operating System technical knowledge a PLUS and will be appreciated.
