EXCITING*NEW* CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS - NORTH SCOTTSDALE LOCATION

A North Scottsdale transportation provider is expanding their in house customer service call center. We are looking for 2 talented Customer Service Representatives to provide a superior level of customer assistance to customers. In this position, you will ensure that customer questions and concerns are handled in a friendly and efficient manner using the tools available. You must be willing and able to work between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties:
Communicate with callers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
Listen to customer questions and input to gather ideas for future product enhancements and/or needs for additional services.
Requirements for this position include:
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiating skills.
Excellent Data Entry Skills
Communicates in a clear, understandable manner both orally and in writing.
Expertise in telephone-based customer service support
Basic knowledge with Windows and MS Office products
A High School Diploma or GED.
