Office Assistant

Construction Company looking for an Experienced Office Assistant who has what it takes to work in a fast paced office environment.  The most suitable candidates will have experience in call centers and any other office environment where most of the following skill would be utilized.

Experience in the construction industry is not a must.

 

Must have experience and skills in the following areas. 

*Communications (Excellent Telephone Etiquette)

*Type at least 45 words per minute.

*Problem Solving Skills

*Computer Skills (Word, Excel,Outlook Express)

*Organizational Skills (Very Organized and Thorough)

*Detail Oriented

*Use of General Office Equipment (Fax, Copier, Scanner)

*Ability to work well with others.

*Ability to prioritize work load.
