Operations Clerk 3

Job Description: Must be able to prioritize multiple functions based on business needs. Review and send Right To Cure legal letters and NOI legal letters. Ensure letters are within guidelines according to Wells Fargo Auto Finance Governance Risk Management. Ensure account is documented accurately with correct information and ensure proper record retention is followed. Complete Shaw Maintenance in appropriate and required time frames for Repossession Assignments, Repossession Status, and codes for Specialty Collections Groups. Process Western Union payments for repossession accounts. Ensure payments are applied appropriately toward payment amount and fees. Dispatch collection skip requests to vendor. Ensure follow up from vendor received and track all updates and timeframe of updates. Process invoices from vendors. Ensure account is updated with any applicable fees owed by customer, verify fees are approved, track invoice and forward to Accounts Payable for processing. May be necessary to research past due invoices. Update customer credit bureau for repossession accounts via E-Oscar. Must be flexible to work overtime as business needs dictate.


Minimum Qualifications: Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle detail work in a high volume environment. Good communication skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks. Must be a self starter and be able to work in a team environment. Must meet hours requirement listed in the job description.


Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CS2000, RMS, ACS, XPM, Shaw IL, Shaw VL, GL ticket processing, Tobit FaxWare, MS Access, MS Excel and Word.
