Outbound Customer Service Representative

Large Financial Institution is looking to fill 12 Outbound Customer Service positions. Duties may include but not limited,; making outbound calls to new or prospective clients, making outbound calls to approved applicants, or making outbound calls to save current customers from leaving . Candidates will be acting as a liaison between the customer and the sales team to reach sales goals. All interested candidates must complete and pass a criminal background investigation for consideration. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
Individuals interested in this position must have 1+ years prior work experience in a customer service and/or financial position. Candidates must be able to work a 40 hour schedule between the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
