Primary responsibilities include:
Advocating on behalf of providers in Maricopa county regarding internal issues (such as claims)
Serving as a resource for regulatory requirements
Meeting with providers in the field
Participating in provider contracting



Excellent working knowledge of the AZ Long Term Care System (ALTCS) is essential to this role. Stellar communication skills are a must, an and ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels is needed. Medicare and claims experience is highly preferred. Computer proficiency is needed.
