Position Responsibilities:

  Maintain and develop all profitable customer accounts by continuously offering key profitable cleaning systems and products.

  Sales growth in a defined geographic area.

  Work with local team members to grow area by adding new customers, providing solutions to existing customers and satisfy the needs of all our customers.

  Provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance, delivery of product, installation of equipment and emergency service.

  Educate and train customers on proper handling of chemicals and care of equipment; reinforce safe use of products at customer accounts.

  Manage outstanding accounts receivable and resolve customer problems.

Qualifications:

 

Candidate must possess strong technical and mechanical aptitude, must be able to work independently, be solution driven and able to multi-task. A strong sales background preferred. Candidate must also possess excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Education/Experience:

 

High school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 1 year prior sales experience in chemical specialties and a minimum of 1 year prior experience with equipment, repair and institutional market products is preferred.

Technical school or electrical and/or plumbing certifications are a plus. Candidate must either possess a Commercial Driver?s License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement or be able to obtain a CDL.
