HiWAAY Internet Services, an established ISP, is seeking first level Technical Support Technicians for its Huntsville Office who will be responsible for providing technical support to HiWAAY's customers. Applicants should have the following qualifications: excellent people skills; excellent problem-solving skills; familiarity with the Internet and extensive experience with Internet applications, including use, setup and security and extensive experience with Windows (Windows 2000 and XP). Linux and Macintosh experience a plus. Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends. HiWAAY offers excellent benefits, including: paid vacation and sick leave, medical and dental insurance, 401K and Cafeteria plan.
