Vice President, Operations

** Note:  This is a director-level position**


 


Overall direction and results of a Customer Service Operation in the Prudential Relocation Customer Service Department. Manages a team of 5-7 direct reports, with 80+ indirect reports, at various client sites around the country. Manages the annual and long-range planning, processes, as well as the annual results against objectives and budget constraints. Resolves broad operational issues as well as client and individual customer concerns. Partners with internal departments and client contacts to ensure organizational objectives are met. Travel required 35-45%


 


Job Requirements:


 


- Bachelor Degree or equivalent job experience.


- 10+ years of managerial experience required.


- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a multi-site customer service organization.


- Must have demonstrated and proven project management skills, and experience implementing medium to large systems or process changes.


- In addition, must have experience leading change in a fast moving, dynamic environment.


- Experience with call center technology and quality programs desirable.
