Job Description

The Managers will be responsible for leading and managing multiple child care centers.  Duties will include business operations, education/learning and HR functions. 

 

Job Qualifications

?  Bachelor?s degree in education, business or a related field

?  Three to five years of multi-site management experience (at least 10 locations) with demonstrated leadership in a service industry, retail, hospitality, health care or education. 

?  Must have a track record for achieving and maintaining excellence in standards of operations as well as maximizing enrollment and sales revenue.

? Ability to lead and inspire team members and manage safety and security programs for children, while ensuring all Federal/State and local licensing and regulatory compliance.

?  A strong business acumen, excellent customer service, leadership, business development, communications and decision making skills.
