Director of Admissions (Online)

Anthem College Online, a Division of High-Tech Institute Phoenix, is a highly recognized educational institution that provides a wide range of quality Associate and Bachelor level degree programs in the Healthcare, Business, and Technology fields to students while they maintain their active lifestyles and jobs. Anthem College Online is currently seeking a Director of Admissions that has significant expertise in the private post-secondary education sector. This position?s responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations of the admissions department, meeting monthly/quarterly goals, maintaining a staff of supervisors and representatives within budget, and planning activities that will increase profitability and continued growth of the department.

 

Candidates must possess at least three to five years of professional experience in a post-secondary education environment, including a minimum of two years management experience. Must possess strong planning, team motivation, goal setting, and leadership/management skills. A successful track record in business operations/planning and direct marketing is required. Must be able to relocate. Bachelors degree or above is highly desired.
