Grants Manager

The individual in this position is the central focus for CTB’s grant opportunities. Manages CTB’s grant acquisition and support activities to ensure excellent, responses which result in new business.  Identifies grant opportunities and creates successful grant applications Aids in the development of grant support tools that may be used by schools and districts for local grant responses.  Manages assigned personnel from other departments to respond to grant requests in line with district, state and federal priorities.  Directs creation of grant applications, which must stand as legal documents, for multi-million dollar opportunities. 

Required:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or related field 2+ years' experience successfully writing and editing grants Proven ability to successfully anticipate and meet customer needs Outstanding management abilities, including the ability to understand and solve complex conceptual and project implementation problems.
