SAP Training Developer

Contract position available with a major aerospace client located in Tempe, AZ. Position serves as SAP Training Developer assigned to Project Systems Team to co-create system documentation and training material. Responsible for developing effective SAP training solutions meeting the business needs of the local end user groups. Develop and maintain job aids and training reference materials for new SAP end users. Assist with preparation and coordination of Project Systems training material. Assess, analyze and define training needs for SAP end users, as well as assist in the development and maintenance of job aids.

Qualifications needed include prior experience developing and maintaining ERP course curriculum highly desirable. Minimum of two years of job-related experience Excellent writing and communication skills as well as the ability to convey complex concepts in a concise, clear and understandable manner. Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Powerpoint, including the creation of screen shots to include in report quick reference guides. Experience with Microsoft Access query skills. Experience with Microsoft Visio skills required for creation of PDM code flow diagrams. Experience with SAP R/3 Project Systems preferred. Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of stakeholders including business managers, end users, functional business experts, the SAP support team, and corporate learning. Manufacturing and supply chain experience is a plus. Skills and knowledge with designing learning models and developing, delivering and maintaining curriculums and courses, including eLearning models are required. Position will start immediately and likely run through end of 2006. Position would be based in Tempe, AZ.
