Assembly Lead

Responsibilities Monitor attendance of assemblers
Assignment of duties to each assembler
Enforce quality standards and safety
Oversee efficiency of assemblers
Execute production plan
Maintain Work Instructions folders
Ensure that the line is setup for the current product
Ensure that all components are in their correct location
Oversee inventory accuracy

Education/Skills
Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Candidate must have at least two year of experience as an assembly lead
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools is required
Experience with Oracle 10.7 is a plus
