Baan ERP Systems Analyst/Developer (Finance)
ISSI is currently in need of a Baan ERP System Analyst (Finance) at our headquarters in Santa Clara, Ca. The main responsibility of this role will cover the following duties:
q Baan Asia Implementation Support: Create Baan customization programs to meet business requirements
q Provide Finance (AP, AR, GL, CMG, Fin Integration) and Sales/Marketing support in Baan environment
q Develop needed reports from ERP system via Crystal Reports
q Primary report designer; provide ad hoc and reporting data analysis
q Implement Data Warehousing - Develop worldwide management reports
q Manage (define, create and maintain) Baan?s functional views for users to create their own reports to improve users' productivity
q Document/update ERP training manuals and conduct end-user training as required.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a BS in CS/MIS or equivalent field as well as 5+ years experience in Business applications focus development and re-engineer/design of business process as well as 3+ years Baan ERP application development experience.
Additional requirements for this position include:
q Strong background in using Baan ERP.
q Proficiency in Baan script, SQL, Crystal Reports, Visual Basic and MS SQL server DB design.
q Hands-on experience with Baan Finance
q Implementation of Baan EDI major plus
q Hands-on experience with DBA and Baan Administration
