Buyer / Purchasing Agents

NexGen Digital is a growing electronic components distributor in the Irvine area of Orange County, which sources and procures, obsolete and hard to find components, 24 hours daily to meet its customers? requirements when normal channels of distribution fail.

 

NexGen is seeking an experienced Buyer/Purchasing Agent to focus on the Domestic and/or Latin American market and have the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with vendors. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills, be well-organized, and self-motivated.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to corresponding with vendors via telephone, fax, email, in order to source products, prepare quotes, and negotiate purchases. Candidate should have a complete understanding of the electronic component procurement process and have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. All candidates must possess the ability to multi-task, meet critical deadlines, and be oriented to a customer-service environment.

 

Multilingual skills (Spanish) are preferred but not required.



 

Working hours Monday -Friday. 7am - 4pm.
