DFT Design Engineer

DFT DESIGN ENGINEER Contract position. The DFT engineer needs to be skilled in all aspects of production testing for ICs.  The engineer should be able to implement test circuitry into an IC such as scan, MBIST, and JTAG and be able to simulate and debug the test vectors. 
The ideal candidate should: (REQUIRED SKILLS BELOW)
- Have significant experience in test methodology, test development for SOC and test ASICs in the tester
- Have at least 5 years of end-to-end IC design experience
- Experience in VHDL, Verilog and Synopsys' Design Compiler
- Experience in test tools such as Logic vision's MBIST and LBIST and Synopsys Tetramax
- Experience in scan methodology, test pattern generation, IDDQ test, test coverage analysis, memory bist generation and debug ICs on the tester
- Be knowledgeable of deep submicron process design rules and issues.
- Be fluent in English, have good interpersonal skills and communication capability
- Be a team player and self-sufficient
-BSEE required.  MSEE preferred. (or a computer engineering degree)
