Position Description



We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented service technician for a wide range of weighing and measurement products.  The position deals with state of the art weighing devices with communications to all types of peripherals.  This is exacting work.  Quality is much more important than quantity. The position requires an understanding of RS 232 and RS 485 communications to printers and other peripheral devices plus Ethernet and modem communications.  Experience with radio frequency communications devices is a plus.  Experience in balances and scales is a benefit but not essential. Factory training will be provided on specific models of equipment.  Some training will be overseas.  In-house training will also be provided on an on-going basis.  Office / factory based in Ventura, CA - no outside work required.  This is an excellent opportunity to grow with the business.  Intelligent Weighing Technology is one of the fastest growing, most respected weighing and measurement industry distributors in the US.

 

Basic Requirements
