Maintenance Electronics Technician

 

An immediate opening exists for an experience electrical maintenance person on 3rd shift. Applicants must be able to work independently and direct others in a broad variety of electrical and electronics troubleshooting, repair calibration and equipment installations. Applicants should have experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC?s, Allen Bradley and Yaskawa VFD?s and HMI?s and related hardware, software and basic electrical in an industrial environment. Applicant must be able to work any shift, weekends and overtime.

 

Qualifications

 

A minimum of five years industrial electrical maintenance experience is required.

Applicant must have experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens programmable logic controllers.

Must have working knowledge of motors control centers and distribution controls systems.

Working from electrical schematics, applicant must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and isolate electrical and electronics issues in a timely manner.

Good working knowledge in PC?s and application software is essential.

Applicant must have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work as a team player.

Must have working knowledge of N.E.C.

Must be able to perform tasks at working heights up to 40 feet.

Must be able to climb and work from ladders at heights up to 30 feet.

Must have personally owned industrial hand tools as per Carpenter Co. list.
