Maintenance Technician-2nd shift

A client located in Irvine, Ca has an immediate position available for an experience Maintenance Technician, with a strong background in PLC and CNC repair.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Maintain and repair CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment and Programmable Logic controllers (PLC)

Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production machinery and equipment during plant operations and responds to Maintenance Service Requests.

May perform electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic HVAC maintenance.

Coordinates, performs and maintains records of preventive maintenance per PM schedule.

Works with facility equipment, building and grounds, including painting, cleaning and housekeeping.

Assists in relocating equipment, plant layout, and plant construction activities.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in power systems, hydraulics and pressure systems and general maintenance. Actual experience varies from three (3) years (Technician I) to ten (10) years or more (Technician III, IV), and may require specific technical depth in one or more maintenance areas. Required trade school certification of equivalent training in electrical and electronic motor controls and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
