Regional Sales Manager - West Coast

Position: Region Sales Manager, West Coast

Willtek Communications is looking for a highly motivated sales manager with a track record of achievement selling mobile phone test solutions to mobile phone manufacturers and repair facilities. This individual will be responsible for finding, developing and closing opportunities in the territory with the assistance of a manufacturers? rep sales organization, distributors, rental companies and system integrators. We are looking for a professional who can consult with customers to develop accounts and opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The primary markets are mobile phone manufacturers, repair centers and network operators. The products include mobile phone test equipment, RF isolation boxes and spectrum analyzers. Travel estimated to be 40% - 70% depending on location.Develop marketing and sales strategies for the region. Work with sales partners to implement the plans and tactics as well as overall business activities.Training, motivating and supporting the channel sales personnel. Personal involvement in finding, developing and winning opportunities. Accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking. Aggressive, greater than market sales growth.This RSM will be responsible for certain Key Accounts. Within these accounts, the successful KAM will deeply understand the customer?s business and position the organization for success by meeting these needs. He/She will coordinate all sales resources to meet customers? needs and win the sale. They will be personally involved in finding, penetrating, developing and winning key accounts and opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications: We require the following:BSEE. 5+ years selling test and measurement equipment and services in the mobile phone arena or telecom field. Verifiable track record of steady over-achievement. Experience gained at Agilent, Rohde & Schwarz, Tektronix, Anritsu, etc. will translate well.  Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team with minimal direct supervision.Strong competency in a sales system is a plus (Miller Heiman, Sandler, etc.)Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Ability to travel 40 to 70% is required.
