SR. ELECTRONICS QA ENGINEER
Minimum 5 yr related experiences working with an ELECTRONICS or ELECTRON-MECHNICAL MFG environment. Must be PC literate in a windows environment, proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, have demonstrated experience with use of a full range of precision measuring equipment. Able to work to ISO / AS compliance standards and posses the ability for continuous improvements and quality concepts.
The incumbent must have the ability to read and interpret blue prints, operating and maintenance instructions, and Quality Control procedure / manuals, as well as the ability to write routine reports, correspondence and work instructions.
Responsible for varied set ups and inspections and tasks involving the exercise of independent judgment. Tests and inspects components and assemblies, at various stages of production process, using all basic precision measuring equipment and optical measurement systems. Compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Mechanical Inspector (CMI) and/or a Certified Quality Technician (CQT) a plus.
