Experience in establishing some amount of development processes or implementing processes. 

Technical Skills ? H/W Background, FPGA Design, HDL skills

H/W background, including previous experience in VHDL or Verilog.  Solid verification background. General knowledge (even if no direct experience) in IP development.  Ideally, also has ACIS or FPGA development experience.

Domain Specific Knowledge

Some amount of knowledge of connectivity protocols like PCI, PCI-X, PCI Express desired. Applications knowledge in wired communications.
