Primary Function

 

Provide technical support to Zetera Account Managers and OEM partners and help our customers BUILD STORAGE systems based on our advanced SoIP technology.

Responsibilities

 

Director of Product Marketing

 

 Act as primary storage systems technical liaison between Zetera and our OEM partners;Create and present both technical and non-technical presentations to customers;Install and support products for customer demonstrations and evaluations;Create and execute reference ?design-in? development and certification test plans for our customers and partners;Provide training on Zetera solutions to our customers and partners;Provide technical support for trade shows and other marketing activities;Minimum 50% Travel Time within US

 

 



Minimum Qualifications

 B.S. in electrical or systems engineering or computer science;At least 3 years of experience in technical marketing, applications support or sales engineering;Strong knowledge of storage systems, including SAN, NAS and DAS;Strong networking knowledge, with an emphasis on Networking knowledge/experience with Ethernet, routers, switches, hubs and  TCP/IPStrong knowledge of application development, including API utilization;Ability to manage relationships with multiple partner contacts at all levels of roles;Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

 A strong background selling into and supporting tier 1 OEMsProduct Marketing experience
