As an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE with Ajilon, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building relationships with the top companies and the most professional workers in your market - providing quality service and creating the perfect connections. 

 

JOB SUMMARY

It is routine here at Ajilon to work with only the best employers and the most qualified professional candidates to ensure the highest quality and timely services to our clients. As an Account Executive with Ajilon, your primary responsibilites will include, but not be limited to recruiting and maintaining an inventory of qualified, talented, candidates and building relationships with prospective client companies. You will utilize the many resources provided to recruit top candidates. To obtain new business and have opportunities to introduce our services, a variety of avenues are utilized including networking, cold-calling, telemarketing, making presentations, and getting involved in community associations. Building AND maintaining relationships is the core of your success as an Account Executive.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of two years relevant Sales and/or Recruiting experience with a proven track record. Candidates must be extremely sales driven, highly competitive within a structured team environment, possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to set priorities, schedule your day (make cold calls, present formal presentations).
