Account Executive

 

ISS, International Staffing Services, is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join the growing Southwest Regional team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity at our 10 year old Staffing Company which offers stability, long-term growth, and a great reputation in staffing.

Responsibilities:


The Account Executive is responsible for new business development. He/she engages all appropriate levels of management to develop opportunities to increase and expand ISS?s scope of services within key existing accounts. This individual works directly with the managers and will be responsible for offering long term strategies and solutions using ISS?s full scope of products and services. The Account Executive manages requisition activity and customer care, and provides special service support where required. As a key member of the account team, this position shares responsibility to meet and exceed company revenue and profitability goals. 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree or equivalent with 2 years of outside sales experience. Staffing industry experience is highly preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, organization and presentation skills required Demonstrates effectiveness at developing and sustaining high level, consultative relationships Proficiency in Microsoft applications
