Accounting & Finance Recruiter - Salary + commission

Requirements:
- Experience in a staffing, HR, or recruiter role preferred.
- Highly driven, motivated and professional demeanor.
- Sharp presentation in person and over the phone.
- Solid work history with a proven track record.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong systems savvy with multiple software and internet use a must
- Desire to learn and grow in a diverse industry.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong relationship building and service ability.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business is helpful.


Responsibilities include:
- Candidate recruitment, screening, and placement.
- Client development and service maintenance.
- Ability to understand contract language and guidelines.
- Ability to adapt to and function in a variety of windows & internet based systems.
- Local travel is required for in person meetings with both clients and candidates, primarily throughout Greater Metro Denver.

The salary on this position will be based on experience and will include a commission bonus structure and full benefits to include: Health, dental, vision, 401K, cafeteria plan, Paid time off for vacation, holidays and sick leave, as well as tuition reimbursement, life insurance, disability insurance, and several other vendor discount programs and incentives based on Kelly client contract relationships.
