Requirements:

You will have the ability to build strong relationships with both the client and candidate, which involves managing the process from understanding the hiring manager?s specific needs, qualifying the finest candidates, bringing them together and ensuring a great interview that leads to a successful placement.  You should be passionate about your work, a strong leader, business savvy, have a successful track record and pride yourself on personal service.Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year finance/accounting recruiting experience in a recruiting environment. Excellent communication skills required.Must be proficient in all aspects of full recruiting and have experience interviewing accounting and finance professionals.  Bachelor?s degree preferred
