Branch Manager

Bright, energetic, customer focused leader sought to lead our talented staff and grow local business in the north central Connecticut market.? The position of?Selling Branch Manager for Kelly Services?would oversee all aspects of sales, branch operations and management of the team in our staffing solutions industry.

Responsibilities include:
Lead team efforts toward business development, service delivery, customer and employee retention, recruiting, and expense management (e.g., workers? compensation, unemployment compensation, general operating expenses)?
?Manage branch operations to meet and exceed financial goals
?Build and maintain relationships with key customers and business leaders in the community, as well as local, regional, and Corporate Kelly management
?Identify new prospects and business opportunities within existing customers
Thoroughly analyze customer needs and business issues, and develop and present proposals and pricing models that meet Kelly?s and the customers? business objectives
Close sales through effective negotiations, and work with branch staff to implement solutions and ensure effective service delivery
?Stay current with competitive trends, staffing/human resource issues, and market conditions that may affect business
Train and develop staff

Qualified candidates must have
3-5 years of sales/management experience, preferably in a service related industry
Ability to develop business, build relationships and communicate effectively
Strong territory management and networking skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment?
Excellent sense of humor and able to work in a fast paced every changing?environment
