We are looking to hire a Contract Staffing professional to start and head this division for our firm.

We are primarily an executive recruiting company, affiliated with Management Recruiters International (MRI). The Contract Staffing division will focus on local/regional business, so it is imperative that the individual have at least 2-3 years experience in the industry since they will be responsible for building, hiring, and managing the CS business.

This individual will handle all aspects of CS business; business/client development, account management, and recruiting. We have resources in place such as postings and candidate database access to Career Builder, Monster, and Hot Jobs; Lexis Nexis, Hoover's Pro and Zoom Info.

In addition to either salary or draw, we will pay a very aggressive commission based on revenues.
