Designated Service Rep / Personnel Coordinator

Dedicated Service Representative: Must be Bi-Lingual Eng/Span, proficient in MS Office, capable of problem solving, detail-oriented, able to communicate with all levels of Management, able to travel 25% of the time.  Previous expereince in the Staffing Industry a plus!  Candidate will generate daily reports, report directly to Upper Management, oversee staff at 4 facilities, and will identify and resolve problems at each of the sites.

 

Personnel Coordinator: Must be Bi-Lingual Eng/Span, proficient in MS Office, capable of problem solving, detail-oriented, able to answer multi-line telephone system, comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments, able to work Overtime (including evenings and weekends, as needed).  Previous expereince in the Staffing Industry a plus!  Candidate will process applicants, file, place employees out to work, process Payroll and Workers Comp reports, train new forklift / pallet jack operators (Candidate must be willing to operate forklift & pallet jack), interact with employees and Supervisors at Client site, and communicate daily with employees and Upper Management.
