Direct Hire Recruiter

The Plus Group, inc. a full service staffing company is experiencing significant growth. The San Ramon office is seeking a Direct Hire Recruiter.

 

The ideal candidate will have two or more years experience in the staffing industry recruiting & placing candidates for direct placement positions.

 

Experience selling direct hire services and sourcing and recruiting to fill direct hire positions is required. The successful candidate will support existing client direct hire openings and generate new direct hire orders is required. Strong recruiting, sourcing, recruiting, negoitating and sales skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Excellent customer service skills are necessary to build relationships with applicants and clients.  Must be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and a can succeed attitude.

 

Position offers competetive Base Salary plus commissions. Full benefits offered.
