Employer Account Representative

PSI seeks dedicated professionals to join our new office that will provide service to Nebraska?s Employment First program.  This innovative program is designed to assist unemployed and underemployed parents to successfully move into sustainable employment.  

The Employer Account Representative will actively engage the business community in the workforce development system; schedule meetings and presentations with employers to discuss services, assess employer needs, build business relationships, and customize offerings; provide employer access to information regarding the labor market, potential employer tax incentives and credits, labor laws, and wage and hour rules; develop strong relationships with local economic development groups, chambers of commerce, and professional organizations to facilitate the expansion of new businesses and increase opportunities; and work with employers to organize job fairs, mass interviews, or on-site recruitment. 

 

The ideal candidate will have:  Bachelor?s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field preferred; three years experience in customer service, sales, or employee relations required; and knowledge of the local economy, labor market, and employer base.
