Ajilon is a global leader in professional staffing and recruitment. Our company has experienced tremendous growth in its direct hire placement division. As a result, we are searching for an executive recruiter who can make a difference in our Woodland Hills, California Office Division. You will be responsible for new business development calls into client companies, sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to client companies ultimately making placements.



Responsibilities Of The Role:

This is a true Executive Search position; the successful recruiter will place top tier candidates in management, operations, sales, human resource, marketing and administration. This is a SALES position, so if you have the philosophy that both quality and quantity and activity earns you your paycheck this is the career for you. You will participate in significant telephone activities for the purpose of recruiting candidates and solicitation of job orders. The successful candidates will have energetic and enthusiastic personalities and fearless attitude. We rprefer a 4 year degree. Prior experience in sales or executive search is a big plus but not required.

Our EXECUTIVE RECRUITER position offers you the ability to earn UNLIMITED income, with no caps on commissions for your hard work. The amount you earn is directly related to the revenue you produce.
