As the Healthcare Recruiter, you will be working with a Talent Based Organization who is looking for an individual interested in growth opportunities and advancing their professional future.

The Healthcare Recruiter will be able to successfully interact with clients, physical therapy candidates, and other departments to screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates for employment opportunities.

The Recruiter will also need to have excellent people skills and the ability to articulate verbal and written ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings while adjusting the message to match the audience.

In addition, the Recruiter should have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and professional.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Two to Five years of successful experience in healthcare recruiting

Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience in the field

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational skills
