IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR SCHEDULER/OPERATIONS MANAGER!

Universal Protection Service is a fast paced, growing security service provider in California, who is currently seeking an experienced Scheduler/Operations Manager for our Downtown Los Angeles branch office. 

The successful candidate will work directly with the Branch Manager, and be responsible for scheduling personnel, preparing payroll, selecting and placing personnel, training, communication and follow-up of passdown and operational materials, and must have comprehensive knowledge of each account as to its requirements, scope of work, needs and concerns.  Will also assist in fostering a positive employee workplace, and ensure policies and procedures are followed and communicated effectively.

A minimum of 2-3 years of professional scheduling experience is required.  Prior experience in the security industry, or personnel staffing experience highly desired. Must have the ability to identify critical issues, make decisions and aggressively follow up, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing and evolving environment.  Must be able to communicate well at all levels of the organization and be flexible to work at strategic and tactical levels, including financial impact of scheduling decisions, team building and process improvement.
