We are currently seeking a professional full-time designer with 3 to 5 years design and sales experience. We have a unique team-oriented environment that provides outstanding support for both mature and emerging design and sales talent. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work flexible retail schedules including days, nights and Saturdays; must have excellent customer service skills; be able to access customer needs and assist and guide them in their decision making and design process. Candidates should have a professional appearance and enjoy working with others, have proficient communication, math, written, organizational and basic computer skills. Candidate should have an Associate degree or 3-5 years industry related experience. Certifications or advanced degree in interior design is a plus. If you possess proven success in retail or home furnishings, and have solid interior design and client management skills, we want to hear from you. Qualifications

Strong artistic aptitude. Ability to come up with concept and storyboard that engages, attracts, communicates, and sells.

Expert at analyzing complex functions, procedures, and problems to find creative, logical, and effective solutions.

Experience establishing style and method standards for creative products.

AS or equivalent experience.
Design classes & internship experience preferred. Emphasis in Design required.
