Accounts Payable Level I&II
Contract to Hire $13hr and up
Responsibilities:
-Maintain up-to-date 1099 information.
-Organize and maintain vendor files.
-Perform matching function on vendor invoice ensuring compliance and accuracy of general ledger account distribution.
-Present to CFO a schedule of recommended vendor payments.
-Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts comprising the Accounts Payable classification.
-Generate month end reports.


Accounts Receivable Level I&II
Contract to Hire $13hr and up
Responsibilities:
-Perform credit qualification research and data gathering for new customers and those requesting increases to their credit limit.
-Proactively follow-up customer aging, documenting communications, to help ensure timely payment.
-Run end-of-month statements.
-Post cash receipts.
-Maintain database of sales tax rates.

Bookkeeper
Contract to Hire $16hr and up
Responsibilities:
-Perform daily processing of accounting transactions including A/P, A/R, collection, bank reconciliations.
-Reconcile from sub-ledger to general ledger.
-Post journal entries account analysis and reconciliation.
