On-Premise Manager Staffing

We are looking for a superior individual with Staffing Experience to oversee our on-site location at an established client.

 

The winning candidate will be responsible for:

Relationship Management by:

?  Creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies to ensure the availability of qualified employees in order to meet current and planned needs

?  Developing a collaborative relationship with our client to ensure maximum business development, total client satisfaction and employee retention

 

Operational Management by:

?  Communicating and coordinating various aspects of On-Premise operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal laws and guidelines.

?  Coordinating order activity, monitoring performance and managing revenue of affiliate vendors in accordance with negotiated guidelines.

?  Following up on billing issues to insure timely resolution.

?  Maintaining complete and accurate documentation and reporting of all site activities

?  Implementing all corporate programs and initiatives in a timely manner

 

Staff Management by:

?  Coaching and counseling associates on behavioral and performance issues.

?  Conducting  annual staff performance reviews

?  Creating a work environment to motivate and retain staff.

 

Qualified candidates must meet the following:

Education:  Four-year college degree or 5 years of equivalent business experience

Experience:  A Minimum of four years related business experience with emphasis on sales and customer service in a sales driven organization, some Human Resources experience preferred

Skills:
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to effectively operate with a lack of privacy in client surroundings
Ability to create and work outside a structured environment
Understanding of financial concepts
Creative and business writing skills
Ability to maintain company loyalty by establishing balance between the client and Spherion Corporation
Strong Computer literacy
Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary
