Recruiter Description: Volt Information Sciences, Inc., a Fortune 1000 publicly traded company, has an immediate opening for a Recruiter located in Oxnard, CA. With over 250 offices across the United States Volt is currently looking for a high-energy, self-directed Recruitment Professional with a track record of success. The Recruiter is expected to work the full recruiting cycle including developing relationships with clients, negotiating fee agreements and qualifying positions. In this position, you will also have the responsibility to identify, screen and present candidates to clients, organize interviews, reference check employment history and credentials, and negotiate offers with both clients and candidates. This opportunity has plenty of potential to grow your career within Volt!!!

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years recruiting experience with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
