Recruiter

Seneca One is high growth specialty finance firm who is seeking a highly motivated in-house recruiter with proven recruiting track record and superior organizational skills.  This candidate must be driven to meet and exceed established goals and represent Seneca with a high level of professionalism.  This position is responsible for sourcing and screening resumes and working with managers to make hiring decisions for our personnel.

Responsibilities include:

-Sourcing & screening resumes.

-Pre-screening candidates.

-Scheduling & facilitating interviews.

-Updating job postings.

-Maintaining our recruiting database.

 

 Requirements:

- 2-5 years recruiting experience.

- Experience in a fast paced recruiting environment a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional oral and written communication skill.

- Undergraduate degree required
