Job Responsibilities:

As a Spherion Direct Hire Recruiter you will be largely responsible for:
Planning and implementing consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in staffing for administrative positions on a direct hire basis.
Recruiting for candidates and clients includes significant involvement in community organizations and events and maintaining an effective referral program.
Accountable for ongoing professional development including market knowledge about issues that impact administrative staffing, technology advancements and self-development of sales and recruiting skills.
Generating & implementing an effective & differentiating recruiting strategy
Client activities include client research; development, new account or retention sales calls, obtaining bookings, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating client accounts and taking a positive proactive position in corporate partnering.

 

Minimum Qualifications:
Accomplished sales & management skills with a proven track record 
Bachelor?s degree or five years directly related business experience
Staffing industry experience preferred
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Strong bias for action
Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

 

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: Recoverable base + tiered commission structure ? unlimited and uncapped income potential
