 A premiere division of one of the world?s leading staffing firm seeks an entrepreneurial and relationship driven sales professional to work in our Irvine office.  Significant growth and expansion throughout Orange County has created an immediate need for an Outside Sales Representative to develop the Santa Ana/Tustin/Orange area. 

 

 We specialize in both temporary staffing and the direct hire placement of various specialty disciplines such as: accounting and finance, human resources, and administrative.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years outside sales experience (staffing industry experience highly preferred); excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and demeanor; and a team player attitude and strong leadership abilities, as our recent acquisition has created tremendous opportunities for future growth and advancement!

 

 Specific responsibilities of this role are: Drive sales revenue Build market share of assigned territory New business development Client engagement and retention Target account penetration
