Sales Account Manager/Recruiter

The Company provides contract personnel and consulting services in the professional engineering and design as well as scientific research and development sectors. Pro Source is able to meet the varied demands of our clients through our primary operating groups: Mechanical Engineering and Scientific. The Company currently has local offices in Silicon Valley CA, Orange County CA and Waltham/Route 128 MA.

 

We have an immediate need for Sales Account Managers/Recruiters in our Santa Clara, CA office. 

 

Responsibilities include, servicing existing clients, marketing, and new business development. The Account Manager/Recruiter will establish and develop relationships with prospective clients through lead prospecting, cold calling, networking and trade shows. In addition, the Account Manager/Recruiter will present sales proposals and negotiate agreements with new clients. Recruiting responsibilities include sourcing and screening engineering and design professionals for openings with client companies. 

 

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and two years experience in recruiting or sales. Staffing industry experience extremely helpful. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

 

We offer an excellent compensation package which includes base bay plus a generous commission plan in a professional, entrepreneurial atmosphere.
